Jackie founded the practice and built her expertise the hard way — independently, over 20+ years across payroll, HR, and workforce management, working almost exclusively with non‑profits. She’s both functionally and technically UKG certified, a combination few consultants hold, and goes equally deep on Pro Payroll and Integration Platform (NextGen) analysis and build. Alongside David, she’s one of two principals expert in grant labor allocation, fund accounting, and effort reporting — the work non‑profits are measured on at audit time. She’s happiest when a client’s payroll and integrations simply run: clean, reconciled, and predictable, cycle after cycle.

David builds the technical core of a UKG practice — the general ledger design, ERP integrations, and grant labor allocation that mid‑market and grant‑funded organizations depend on to close the books accurately. A former UKG employee, he brings insider depth in how the platform is actually built and delivered, not vendor‑adjacent guesswork. His sharpest work is connecting UKG Pro to the systems around it — NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and the general ledger — but he also leads the program: aligning a project team, at every level, around a clean go‑live.

Steve builds relationships grounded in trust, helping clients find practical solutions to complex problems. Over 6 years implementing and optimizing UKG, combined with 5 years in recruiting and HR in health care, let him bridge the gap between the business and the consultant and establish himself as a trusted advisor. He owns the full talent suite — recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, compensation, and coaching & development — from implementation through adoption. Steve does his best work when customers are transparent and honest and truly partner with him to find success.
